- QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES : We require the QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES permission to retrieve the application list from the device in order to display the running background apps cache use by apps, which allow users to optimize phone using a single tap.

- All file access : Is used to allow user to clean junk files from mobile for manage storage.
