After the acceptance of the system, your customer signs directly in the app and you send him the documentation digitally and on site as a PDF file. Simple, fast and clever! 📨

☑️ Project overview

All PV projects are clearly presented in a uniform document structure (e.g. project data, installation data, customer contact data, etc.). Use the search function to find your customer projects quickly and easily.

☑️ Employee management

Through various authorisations and roles, any number of employees can be added to work together on the documentation of customer projects and share information.

☑️ Documents

You can upload the documents of the different manufacturers - such as the inverter, storage, solar module or mounting system - on your mobile phone or via the browser on your computer and assign them to the project.

☑️ Interface to K2 Base

If you use the assembly systems from K2 Systems, all documents such as the structural analysis report, assembly plan or data sheet are already available to you, because the app synchronises with the K2 Base planning software from K2 Systems.

Of course, you can also use the app if you install a different assembly system manufacturer. Then you simply have to upload the relevant documents.
