Surah Kadir Nuzül is ninety-seventh in the ranking in Mushaf and twenty-fifth in the order of descent. After the time of Abese, he landed in Mecca before the time of Shams. According to a rumor, most of the commentators said that they had landed in Madinah (see Şevkânî, V, 554).
