The Big Indonesian Dictionary (KBBI) Edition V is more complete, namely a search menu, facilities for proposing new entries or correcting entries or context of use. Apart from services for users, the KBBI application is also integrated with the work of dictionary compilers.

Apart from KBBI Edition V, a number of linguistic applications were also launched, namely an online Thesaurus, an online Encyclopedia of Indonesian Literature, and a Vocabulary Enrichment Application.
