What does this app give you?

All the information of the Common Expenditure of the community in a clear way. Our app allows you to know the status of your debt and the financial health of the community in a few minutes.

Get instantly the amount of your last Common Expense and the Balance of your debt. With just one click, you will be able to see a summary of the amount charged, download the details of your collection note and pay from the comfort of your mobile, at the time that suits you best.

Did you forget the last payment you made? Do you have doubts about your debt?

This app provides information about all the transactions you have made. You can search by date ranges, list only your credits or the charges of the last months; In seconds you get a history of all the movements associated with the property and download your movement chart.

Do you need to keep up to date on the status of debts and the capital gain of your property?

This app allows you to check the details of administrative expenses, consumer services, maintenance, insurance and the status of community funds. Access the summary of the most recent Common Expense or download the detail in PDF, both for the last period and for the previous ones.

How to use the Kastor Co-owners app?

To log in to the app it is necessary to have an email registered on our platform. This registration is performed by the admin-client user of the account management platform, guaranteeing secure access to confidential information.

To facilitate this previous step, Kastor generates a QR and an internet address per community, where the residents of a community can enter and easily send a request by submitting the required data.

With the required approval, the email is registered on our platform, a user account is created, and it is notified to the same email. The user enters the link in the text of the email and begins the password creation process on the web.

With a user account and password, access the app to view the information of one or more properties, managed on our Kastor plus platform.

If the user was notified to the email by the administration and did not enter to create the password, on the home page of the app you will find the option Reset password, by clicking you can enter the email and perform all the password creation steps. It is essential that the email is registered in the system.

If the user forgets their password, they can always go to the Reset password option, enter their email and wait for the email notification to create a new password.

When the user only has one property, when they log in they can view the information of their property, navigate through each of the app's functionalities and use the services that their administration has activated, such as online payments.

When the user has more than one property, when logging in, he must first select the property he wishes to access to view its information. You can always go to the menu and change property without logging out.

When the user has properties in more than one community, upon logging in, he will be able to view the communities and the properties he has in each of them; once you select the community you must select the property you want to obtain information about.
