Kazam

KazamMobile expands the capabilities of the Kazam WMS warehouse management system developed for Windows PCs. It brings key warehouse functions to Android smartphones and tablets, allowing staff to consult and act on operational data in real time without being tied to a desktop workstation.

Important: This app is designed to be used only in conjunction with the desktop application. If you do not have Kazam WMS installed and configured on your PC, the mobile app cannot connect to your company’s database and will remain inactive. The mobile client reads and displays data produced by the Windows program and uses an offline support database created by the desktop application.

Key features

• Browse note headers – Access lists of shipments, picking tasks or other records configured in Kazam WMS and select the item to work on. The list is synchronized with the support database generated by the Windows program.

• Quick search and filter – Find the entries you need through the built‑in search. Type in a code, description or other key and the results update instantly.

• Direct commands – Perform the main actions (continue an activity or cancel it) directly from your device; the same operations you would execute on the PC are replicated in the mobile client.

• Scanner integration – Use the device camera to scan barcodes when this functionality is enabled in the desktop program (requires compatible hardware).

• Secure synchronization – All data is stored in a local database generated by Kazam WMS; the app synchronizes with the company server over LAN or Wi‑Fi and propagates changes back to the Windows software.

Essential requirements

• An active licence and installation of Kazam WMS on a Windows PC.

• The mobile app cannot be used as a standalone product; it functions only as an extension of the management system. Without a connection to the database created by the desktop program no data is displayed.

• The system administrator must configure the support database and enable mobile devices.

• Access requires credentials provided by your company; the app does not allow self‑registration.
