Kazzy Manager

The manager app is designed for dispatchers, managers and office staff to assign and track task status while in the field and away from a computer. The manager will see all statuses, availability of each agent and task details with the ability to assign, and reassign. For full oversight, managers should use the desktop app to see GPS map locations of all agents, task details, customer details, customer feedback, profiles, settings, customisations and auto assignment rules.
