KC mobile is a web-based application which is a lean application interface for the popular Kuali Coeus research administration application, implemented by the ivy-league universities in united states.

In a nutshell the Kuali Coeus application for Research Administration is a comprehensive system to manage the complexities of research administration needs from the faculty researcher through grants administration to federal funding agencies.

KC Mobile application enables key-users involved with research programs to have access to specific part of Kuali Coeus application, which would enable them to be updated on and execute those functionalities through a mobile device and hence reduce the lead time for approval/reject workflow for the proposals.

The KC Mobile application is a multi-platform mobile application made within the Kuali Mobility Enterprise (KME) framework. The application allows users, serving key roles in the process to review and approve proposals. The app should have capability for the reviewers/ approvers to search and lookup their own documents, perform approval/reject actions on the document and should allow the users to navigate and review critical parts of a proposal
