KEPSEK is here as an answer to increasing the competence of the Principal. Considering the importance of the role of the head in an organization where in addition to carrying out managerial duties, he is also a quality guard. This is the focus of our goal to develop applications that are able to support the needs of school principals to continue learning. All forms of skills that are demanded by the principal are trying to be covered by the KEPSEK application.
