1 John 1: 1-4

The apostle's testimony of the living Word

1: 1 What has been from the beginning, that we have heard, that we have seen with our eyes, that we have witnessed and which we have touched with our hands concerning the Word of life - these are what we have written to you.

1: 2 This life has been revealed, and we have seen it, and now we testify and tell you about eternal life which is with the Father and which has been revealed to us.

1: 3 What we saw and what we heard, we also tell you, that you too may have fellowship with us. And our fellowship is fellowship with the Father and with His Son, Jesus Christ.

1: 4 And we are writing these things to you, so that our joy may be perfected.
