KidStats

The KidStats Mobile App is not your typical app that allows you to do one to three things. KidStats, is a very robust app that does a ton so that you can be better organized and in tune with all the important life events and happenings taking place in the lives of your immediate family members.

In other words, KidStats helps you better keep track of memories while you log, track, share (if you so choose) and quickly retrieve reports related to many key aspects of the life journey of your family members. For example, school work, art projects, sports stats and game results, physical growth over time, heart health, and more. Not only can you log accomplishments and enter other details and comments, you can also associate media files with the record and even share streamlined post to social media. For Arts and Sports you can also associate video clips with the record.

KidStats is a logging and parenting app that can also help open the door for additional parent/child interactions. For example, you can say "let me make sure I capture that noteworthy project you're working on in the KidStats App." As you log first-time life milestones, challenges, and accomplishments you can interact with your child related to any challenges they may be facing while acknowledging and recognizing their hard work.

Please make a habit of using KidStats on a regular basis. This way, over time, you will be able to provide your child with an amazing gift of memories that you've recorded for them. The KidStats database areas include academics (school grades etc.), arts, awards, growth (height, weight, auto calculated BMI, and clothing sizes), first-time milestones, service, sports performance and more. Your personal information and privacy is critical and for this reason any personal information you log is stored on your own phone and not shared unless you decide to share an accomplishment.

The KidStats areas of Academics and Sports are multi-level. For Academics, you can enter teacher, subject and your student's multiple report grades for each school year. For sports, you can enter school or club/recreation sports for each season including competition results and your athlete’s personal sports statistics during those events.

The KidStats Reports function is a key component of the app as it can be used to easily call up data from your database to generate a line graph of progress over time. Examples of KidStats Report over time include: 1) Your child’s height and growth compared to CDC predictive data; 2) School grades; 3) Blood pressure, weight, and BMI; and 4) Sports performance such as scores and sport specific statistics. Additionally, KidStats journal reports can be quickly generated and emailed which capture key elements of your data entries within the app over time. Examples include, a listing of awards won, artworks created, projects completed, services hours worked, etc.

KidStats also allows you to proudly share to Facebook and Instagram the important moments and achievements in your child's life with your family and friends. Better yet, KidStats allows you to do so in a humble "Growth Mindset" fashion without bragging. Each time you share on KidStats you have the option of choosing from many possible Growth Mindset statements to serve as one of the captions of your post. For example, "It's all about the effort." It's said that rather than telling our children how great they are at every turn, that we instead convey to them how their hard work, determination and effort is what will allow them to be successful in life.

KidStats is a tool you can use to keep track of your child’s adventure while motivating them to continue to strive to reach their goals and become a better student, athlete and person along the way.
