Kidtime: Custody Calendar

Kidtime is a custody calendar and co-parenting app for tracking parenting time, managing your schedule and keeping clear custody records.

Use Kidtime on your own, or invite your coparent to coordinate together. Your calendar, notes and parenting time records work even if they never join.

A CUSTODY SCHEDULE THAT FITS YOUR FAMILY

Start with a pattern such as 50/50, 2-2-3, 2-2-5-5 or alternating weeks. Adjust individual nights and handoff times when plans change. Keep your shared custody or visitation schedule organized around holidays, school breaks and everyday life.

SEE YOUR ACTUAL PARENTING TIME

Track handoffs and overnights, compare scheduled and confirmed time, and see each parent's share month by month. Keep a custody log that helps you understand the time your children spend with each parent.

KEEP THE DETAILS WHILE THEY'RE FRESH

Add dated notes and photos to document pickups, schedule changes and important details. Keep a note private or choose who can see it. Store parenting agreements, school forms and other documents in your family file vault.

CLEAR RECORDS WHEN YOU NEED THEM

Export dated PDF records of your parenting time for your attorney, mediation or court preparation. Give your attorney view-only access to your records so they can review the details without sorting through scattered screenshots.

KEEP COMMUNICATION IN ONE PLACE

Message your coparent alongside your calendar. Use Tone Meter to check a draft and consider a calmer rewrite before sending. In-app recorded calls and written transcripts help you refer back to what was said.

SHARED COSTS. CLEAR PAYBACKS.

Log shared expenses, attach receipts and track balances and confirmed payments. Keep school, medical and activity costs organized with the rest of your parenting records.

ON YOUR OWN OR TOGETHER

Manage your records independently or share a calendar with your coparent. They can join with a free account. Kidtime supports multiple children and blended families, with room for schedules that change.
