KioSoft Logistics Manager

KioSoft Logistics Manager (KLM) provides a range of functions for KioSoft's laundry machine readers.

Install: Download machine profiles from server and send them to readers so the reader can communicate with the machine it is connected to.

Cash Collect: Collect the cash transaction data from readers and upload to server.

Service: Send some commands to readers via Bluetooth to get the information or do some operations.

Signal Test: Test the WiFi/Cellular of the routers to which readers connect to.

Live Chat: When you encontered some issues, you can contact support via Live Chat.

*Device Permissions*

When you use the KioSoft Logistics Manager app, the following permissions may be requested.

- Local network: To find and connect to the server to download profiles.

- Bluetooth: To connect to the readers to send and collect data.

- All file access: To save the profile data to use in an environment without network. Since most machines are in an environment without a network, this function is primary and important.
