Criminal Law is a whole of the regulations that determine what is prohibited and included in a criminal act, and determine what penalties can be imposed against those who do it.

The systematics of the Criminal Code includes:

Book I Regarding General Provisions (Article 1-103).

Book II Regarding Crime (Articles 104-488).

Book III Regarding Violations (Articles 489-569).

Civil Law is a provision that regulates the rights and interests of individuals in society. The legal tradition in mainland Europe (civil law) recognizes the division of law into two namely public law and private law or civil law. In the Anglo-Saxon system (common law) no such division is known.

The Civil Code consists of four 4 parts, namely:
