This update focuses on enhancing the Rider Application used by our delivery personnel, introducing several key improvements aimed at boosting usability, efficiency, and transparency. The user interface and overall experience have been completely redesigned to provide a more intuitive, user-friendly, and visually consistent environment, minimizing friction during daily operations. To support better financial awareness, new features now allow riders to easily view their earnings through clear daily, weekly, and monthly summaries. Additionally, the registration process has been streamlined, making it faster and more convenient for new riders to onboard and create their IDs with minimal manual effort. The update also introduces real-time performance metrics and dashboards, enabling riders to track delivery efficiency, customer feedback, and individual KPIs—thereby enhancing motivation, accountability, and overall performance.
