SIZE:

Neck circumference = 36 cm

Body circumference = 88 cm

Waist circumference = 60 cm

Face Length = 30 cm

Front Width = 31 cm

Chest height = 14 cm

Side Length = 17 cm

Shoulder Length = 12 cm

Back Width = 33 cm

Back length = 36 cm

Chest distance = 17 cm

And if with a simple system you are still lazy to make the basic pattern of your own clothes, then the following tricks you can use:

Look for your clothes that are not used anymore but still fit in the body, maybe this shirt you do not use anymore because of stains or faded colors

Take a razor blade and open the seams, but not all of them but only half, yes half face and half back, one arm and collar. While the other half is still sewn like the original, the point is for our reference when we sew new clothes.
