KP # Become is a networking application for business events. This is the official app for Kaiser Permanente National Diversity and Inclusion 40th Anniversary Conference taking place on November 16 – 17th , 2017.

Over the last four decades, we celebrate our many diversity accomplishments and have thought-provoking, hard-hitting, and unflinching discussions about where we are on our Diversity and Inclusion journey.

Our theme for this year — #BECOME — is, in part, a nod to our past, a chance to recognize the pioneers of Kaiser Permanente who’ve helped us become the organization we are today.
