Polycab VMS

This application is developed for employees of the organization. Employees shall login into the app through their predefined credentials. They can See list of upcoming meetings, Specially Today's on landing screen. Employee can schedule, Reschedule, Forward, Accept / Reject meeting request, Complete or cancel the meeting. Employee can add Minutes of meeting before completing or forwarding to others. Notifications are listed into screen as well as for each action employee will get SMS notification too. Employee will have facility through this app where they can schedule meeting with any external visitor or internal employee in advance.
