Queue Ninja

Queue Ninja is a Queue Management System developed by Whitefables for restaurants and cafes to effectively manage their queues.

Instead of having your beloved patrons wait in the queue, they can now sign up with their phone number to wait in line. They will receive a customised phone call when their table is ready. This gives them time to shop around or find a place to chill while waiting for their tables.

Restaurants, on another hand, can use the app to manage their queues and call the patron when the tables are ready. No more waiters standing at the front managing angry customers!

The app contains interface for both frontend and backend management. The frontend interface allows for patrons to queue themselves with their phone numbers. The backend interface allows for restaurants to view patrons waiting in line and provides a call functionality to page for the patron when their table is ready.
