Key Features

─────────────────────────

Payment Due List

View a complete list of customers due for payment today, with each customer's balance and expected collection amount. Quick search and instant filtering by name or group.

Payment Recording

Record payment receipt for any customer in seconds — select payment method, enter amount, add a note, and send the entry directly to ERPNext.

Today's Statistics

Track your daily completion rate based on the number of customers visited, not just the amount collected—because a completed collector is one who actually reached their customer. View the total received, the amount deposited into the till, and the total customer balance.

Today's Payments

Review all payment entries recorded today with details for each transaction: customer name, amount, status (draft/restricted), and creation date.

Print Receipts

Print your payment receipt instantly via a Bluetooth thermal printer (58mm/80mm/110mm)—paperless, no delays.

Secure and Private

Your data is stored exclusively on your organization's server. The app does not collect any location, camera, or personal information. Your password is never saved on your device.
