In Bodybuilding you will find exercises to counteract wear and tear and injuries.

In Bodybuilding you will find exercises scientifically developed to counteract the wear and tear that various guilds suffer from. The sessions are short, the exercises are done easily on the building and the training equipment is in the tool box. Training sucks, but pain sucks‚ so pull it together and build for the future.

Under tiden du tränat på med Kroppsbygget så har vi snickrat ihop lite förbättringar i appen. Bland annat så är lagadministrationen förbättrad, vi vet också att hantverkare ofta har stora händer så nu är knapparna lite större och enklare att både läsa och trycka på. Det här med paus mellan övningarna verkar många vilja hoppa över, så nu kan du spola fram till nästa övning snabbt.
