Challenging incidents can come in many shapes and sizes and can be anything that is, usually, unexpected, and overwhelms a person’s normal coping resources.

If something like this does happen, our world can change too quickly, we have to process that and deal with the changes, and if we don’t understand what is going on in our brains and bodies, this can add to the distress we are already feeling.

KRTS Power to Respond has two parts – one that helps us to help ourselves and another that helps us to support those we care about – whether they are colleagues, friends or family members. The person using the App can access both parts.
