Kahlil Gibran (also spelled Khalil Gibran; named born Gibran Khalil Gibran, Arabic: جبران خليل جبران, born in Lebanon, January 6, 1883 - died in New York City, USA, April 10, 1931 at the age of 48 years) is an artist, poet and author of the Lebanese American. He was born in Lebanon (when it entered Syrian province in the Ottoman Empire) and spend most of their productive time in the United States. One of his very famous is a book called The Prophet.
