Exchange rates in the exchange list is published by the European Central Bank. Particular reference exchange rates are determined by teleconference between national central banks, which normally takes place at 14.15 CET. Exchange rate is for information only and is published in the days when it is open payment system TARGET. From 1 July 2016, the ECB reference rates published around 16.00.
