LabF

LabF is an application aimed at all those interested in presenting the values ​​of physical measurements properly using initial concepts seen in the Physics Laboratory discipline.

Establishing the value of a physical measure correctly, or even determining an indirect physical measure, often requires calculations that traditional calculators are not able to do directly, requiring you to do it step-by-step, which generates significant time consumption . Thus, LabF was created to facilitate these calculations.

The LabF app provides you with:

- Display the number of significant digits of a given number informed, as well as present the number informed with the amount of significant digits desired;

- Make calculations of the mean value and standard deviation of a set of measurements performed;

- Perform operations established by the error propagation theory, thus showing the final values ​​of the measure in standard form and in scientific notation, in which in each operation the equation used by the application to calculate the values ​​is presented.
