No special permissions needed other than access to the external memory card to store the custom background image.

This app is a live wallpaper. It will not appear in your apps after downloading.

To Install: Long press on your desktop, then choose Wallpapers > Ladybird Wallpaper > Set wallpaper

Note! Some rare devices do not support picking files of type image/jpeg. So in those devices you cannot currently set your own background image. Working on finding a solution to this. For the vast majority of devices setting your own background photo should work fine.
