Learning to Sleep offers a sleep intervention based on CBT.

Learning to Sleep offers a sleep intervention based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which is the gold standard treatment for insomnia. During five weeks you get to work on your sleep with the help of a digital CBT-programme and with the support of a sleep coach. The programme has shown very good results and 94% of participants enjoy a better sleep after completing the programme.

Book a sleep consultation with one of our sleep coaches directly through the app in order to assess if this sleep programme is a good fit for you. The consultation will take place in the app for a one-time fee of £24.90.
