Consumer Law is the branch of law that deals with legal relationships between suppliers of goods and services and their consumers. The Consumer is any natural or legal person who purchases or uses a product or service as the final recipient. The collectivity of people, albeit indeterminable, is similar to that of consumers who have intervened in consumer relations. Supplier is any natural or legal person, public or private, national or foreign, as well as depersonalized entities, which carry out production, assembly, creation, construction, transformation, import, export, distribution or commercialization of products or services . Product is any asset, movable or immovable, material or immaterial. Service is any activity provided in the consumer market, for remuneration, including those of a banking, financial, credit and insurance, except for those arising from labor relations.

FAMILY RIGHT:

Family law is the branch of law that contains legal rules related to the structure, organization and protection of the family. Branch that deals with family relationships and the obligations and rights arising from those relationships, that is, it is the branch of Law that regulates and establishes the norms of family coexistence, such as: Marriage regimes; Divorce (Separation); Pension; Guard; And, others related to family.

SOCIAL SECURITY LAW

The area belongs to one of the branches of Brazilian Public Law and its regular function is the National Institute of Social Security (INSS).As it has its own methods and principles, in addition to a specific law, Social Security Law is considered autonomous from Public Law, such as: Retirement; Accident assistance; Maternity Aid; And, others related to social security.

Criminal Law is the branch of the Legal area dedicated to resolving conflicts that arise when citizens or companies violate criminal laws.
