Letterbox is a platform that facilitates easy dialogue between organizations and their customers. The platform allows organisations to create virtual letterboxes. These letterboxes are accessible to the general public, who can post compliments, complaints and suggestions within them. The letterbox creator can then give an “official response” to each post. The public can also comment on posts, upvote or downvote them.

With Letterbox, we are making the process of giving feedback fun! We have an impact leader board which tracks the impact one makes with their posts. We have partnered with local organisations to sponsor prizes for the top positions on this leader board every 2 weeks.

For organisations, Letterbox is a direct channel of communication with their customer base. It enables them to be responsive to them and create customer loyalty. Our letterbox stories feature allows organisations to post promotions, announcements and events. These, just like our letterboxes, are location based, thus anyone who opens our app can see what is happening around them.
