LED – Digital Building Logbook is a professional application for technicians, property managers, and building supervisors, designed for the digital management of the Building Logbook and the monitoring of building maintenance, in accordance with current regulations.

The application allows users to register technical building information, organize and access documentation from a centralized library, and facilitate communication among authorized users.

Module Types:

- Building “LED BASIC”

This module allows users to upload data for completing the Building Logbook and Maintenance and Rehabilitation Plans, as well as manage and organize all building documentation in a centralized library. Authorized users can upload, update, and view information associated with each building.

- Building “LED PRO”

This module includes all the functionalities of LED BASIC and, additionally, allows for investment planning, monitoring, and recording of building maintenance activities through an alert system. Being multi-user, it also includes an internal communication system for authorized users.

Access and Authentication:

The application offers two access methods:

- General access, for registered users who manage one or more buildings.

- Building access, which allows guest users to view information for a single building to which they have been expressly authorized.

The application is intended exclusively for professional use and requires prior registration and authentication.
