Light Energy

The Wellness Center Light is a landmark in the landscape of facilities dedicated to fitness throughout the country.

 The 3,000 m2 multipurpose plant is located in Matera, in the heart of Basilicata.

 Also equipped with semi-Olympic pool and an outdoor swimming pool, has about 3000 members with over 40 weekly classes for an infinite variety of disciplines.

 The concept of the Center is to promote wellness as development opportunities for the individual and the community, as a balance between mind and body that involves the whole way of being of the person, in harmony with the environment and society.
