LightWeight

LightWeight will revolutionize the way you work out at the gym. With a focus on weightlifting, LightWeight allows you to pre-program your workouts down to individual sets. For each set you can choose the wight, reps and rest time. LightWeight really shines in the way it walks you through the workout, taking you through each set. After you are done with the set, LightWeight will inform you once your rest time is up by vibrating. During the rest time you can adjust the reps and weight that you have during the previous exercise. Once you are done with your workout, LightWeight will save your results which can be accessed from the the History menu later on.

The easiest way to get started is to go into the edit menu and create the workout. Once that is done, go back to main menu and go into the start menu. Choose your workout and press the start button. Once you are done with that set either press the rest button, or if you are listening to music, you can use the volume button to start the rest time(even if the screen it off!). Once done with the whole workout LightWeight will ask you to confirm the autosave of the results.
