❖ STUDENT NOTES MANAGEMENT MODULE

This module aims to digitize students’ report cards via a web platform. Below are several advantages;

✓ Facilitating the report of a student : No need for a corrector, or having erasures on the report

✓ Write notes very easily : through a mobile phone, a teacher will be able to enter easily the marks of his classes

✓ Quick calculation of averages : After entering the notes, the average of his student is calculated by the application but also the overall average of the classroom

✓ Automatic sorting of marks: After entering the marks, class ranking is automatically assigned by the application. We can have the rank of student for each module, but also the global rank related to the whole classroom performance.

✓ Find an old report : At any time, it is possible to find a report. Even a report of 2 years ago class will be generated easily.

✓ Attractive presentation : The design of the report will facilitate the reading and the understanding of the content

✓ Additional stats : In order to provide as much information as possible, helping a parent to have a global view on the performance of the children, but also the behavior of the classroom: Classroom’s general average, Average of the first and last children, Number of students above and below the general average, the student’s progress curve

The main role of this module is to digitize the students' attendance sheet and the textbooks.

❖ PARENTAL NOTIFICATION MODULE

This module aims to facilitate communication between the school and the students' parents. Thus via Email, SMS and WEB SITE, the application will send alerts to parents to give them information about their child.

Below the main advantages :

✓ Mark notification : After receiving a class mark, the parent receives a message like this:

"Mr. BOUBA, your child BOUBA JUNIOR had an average of 17/20 in Chemistry.” No student will be able to hide his marks from his parent anymore

✓ Sequence Notification : After delivery of the report card, the parent will receive the summary by SMS "BOUBA JUNIOR had an average of 13.5 / 20 at the 3rd sequence and his rank is 6th out of 115."

✓ School fees notification : On the eve of the deadline, each parent will receive a notification for the solvency reminder of schooling.

✓ Closed day notification : Holidays will be announced to parents to inform them that their child should not go to school.
