Added the ability for users to specify their current country and state when they schedule an Urgent virtual visit and Virtual visit if the appropriate configuration is set up with the provided Organization. Also added the ability to automatically select the service if only one service is applicable for the selected visit type. Enhanced UI and minor bug fixes for a smoother experience.
