install "CM installer" -> enter recovery mode-> delete user/cache -> install CM12.1 -> install gapps -> click flash

Recovery method:

Let Note2 enter download mode(press power, volume down, home).

Use Odin to download official firmware.

After download, enter recovery mode(press power, volume up,home) and wipe out /cache,user data.
