You can get a Liva course from a number of municipalities, insurance companies, research projects or from Liva itself. You need to ask them for a code in order to get started with the app.

Liva is an offer for citizens with chronic disorders who want help and support for a healthier lifestyle. In addition to providing the individual citizen with personal help and guidance, the platform is also ideal for those citizens who want more help and control of their illness and lifestyle.

As a citizen, you get the following options with the app:

- Preparation of diet, exercise and lifestyle plans by a professional supervisor

- Dialogue with professional personal tutors on text and video

- Lifestyle and disease monitoring - including integration with Google Fit *

- History of exercise and lifestyle activity

- Ongoing notifications and reminders

* When you download the app, you will have the option to authenticate the app with your Google account. Then your data from Google Fit can be imported into the Liva app if you wish. You can then always log in to your Google account and turn Google Fit off again.
