Living Dead MCPE Map

Living Dead Map is one of the best and the largest maps for Minecraft PE! It’s interesting for both masters and newbies in Minecraft universe. Although creating it cost the author a lot of effort, it’s an absolutely free MCPE map! But it won’t be a relaxing walk with chests with expensive equipment surrounding you – a hardcore challenge is about to begin! It looks like a real modification, so let’s take a closer look on it.

Map: enormous. It demonstrates the authors’ hard work and quest for excellence. There is everything in the city ranging from alleyways and squares to the buildings under construction. There’s also a hospital where we can get in after death. And there are some suburbs – several dozens of small houses.

Plot: The story starts from the news about a disease which has spread all over the city. We should find the medicine which would cure the citizens of a big megapolis. But it’s not that easy to survive in zombie apocalypse!

Textures: They’ve changed, lots of new items fit Minecraft world well. The old monsters and their textures are replaced.

Monsters: As zombie apocalypse reached a big city we have many types of them.

A regular citizen – as strong as the original zombie.

A doctor – very weak and easy to kill.

A policeman – a strong and a fast enemy, may kill you easily unless you are equipped well.

A special forces zombie – fights with guns. Uses machine guns and rifles, outfights. Very dangerous. He can attack from the roofs ans balconies.

That’s all apart from regular creepers or spiders. So be attentive at nights!

Gameplay: I’ve died one minute after running the game. A crowd of special forces zombies has literally gobbled me. And that’s enough of such crowds on the locations. Usually they walk in groups of 2-4 individuals. Weapon varies from a shovel to a charmed knife. Each zombie has an individual armor as well. A lot of their equipment may be dropped as a loot. Armor, food, weapon are the main sources of ammunition for survival. In many quests there are some zombie spawners. They work slowly but I wouldn’t recommend you to stand close to them – a couple of strong zombies will slay you in a single blow! In the city there’s a lot of police and special forces. Be attentive regarding the ones with fire weapon – they can shoot from the roofs and kill you instantly. And don’t even think to enter the suburbs without proper preparation! These places are full of civilic zombies. They are weak but numerous, and they throw some kind of poison. Additionally, there are some parkour elements in the city. Living Dead is hardcore and meant for many-hours-long gameplay. This mix of hardcore and diversity is unbelievably absorbing!
