Local Cutout

Local Cutout is a lightweight on-device background removal app built around a verifiable local workflow. Users can download the required model, import a source image through Android's system photo picker, review the selected file before processing, and start local background removal on the device. INTERNET is used to download the required AI model. During testing, model download, local image selection, and live processing status were confirmed. A completed saved-result flow was not verified because the app crashed during the processing stage in this smoke test.
