To uninstall the Lock Screen - Screen Off Quick App, please go to the setting page and click the "Uninstall Application " button** Or Go to Setting -> Security -> Device Administrator and Uncheck "Lock Screen - Screen Off Quick ".

Then uninstall the app as normal.
