Locus - add-on Wahoo RFLKT

There are now four configurable pages with two different widget layouts (2×2, 1×3) and a page with SMS notifications in addition to the navigation page. Switching pages has been made significantly faster (is done in RFLKT hardware). Other improvements include:

- shows status info during connecting/loading
- clock widget can now show workout time
- up/downhill widgets have been added
