Every day I will send you my behavioral recommendations that will remind you how important even small daily gestures are to achieve a healthy lifestyle to maintain over time.

On my app we also have the option to chat to always stay in close contact and share doubts, successes and photos and a booking area that allows you to quickly plan training sessions together.

I put all my effort into realizing this project because I'm sure of how useful it will be for us to reach the goals we set ourselves together more easily and quickly.
