How it works

If you see LUCY terminals in your company, you can probably access the service. Contact your HR department or general services to obtain your company code. Lucy scooters are always parked, locked and charging in their terminals so that they are always fully operational.

To start :

1. Download the LUCY app

2. Create your LUCY account and register for an awareness and prevention session

3. Scan the QR code located on each slot of the terminal to unlock the scooter

4. Don't forget your safety equipment, have a good trip

To end your trip:

1. At the end of your trip you must put the scooter in an empty space on the terminal

2. Once in place, lower the locking lever

3. If you received the lock notification, you're done!

Safety, our priority

When riding, protect yourself and others:

- Ride on bike paths or on the road when necessary

- Respect the highway code

- Protect your head, equip yourself with a helmet

- Be visible, always turn on your lights

- Keep your eyes on the road and both hands on the handlebars of the scooter
