M-Parking

In Migros Aare's shopping centers, there are around 2,000 parking space leases with employees and partner tenants. The "M-Parking" app solution replaces the laborious manual process with a simpler, more user-friendly and digital management of employee and tenant parking spaces. The app enables automated control of parking authorization, constant transparency and regular and automatic control of current authorizations. The parking fees are paid punctually using all major credit cards.

The new solution aims to achieve the following goals:

- Increase in employee and tenant satisfaction

- Reduction of recurring expenses across all locations

- Use of tied human resources for other value-adding activities

- Digitized and automated control of parking authorization and automatic annual follow-up control of already authorized parking spaces
