M24 PDF Scanner is a privacy-focused PDF scanner and editor for Android. Scan, import, search, edit, protect and export documents directly on your device - with no account, no ads and no developer analytics.

Your documents stay under your control: PDFs, thumbnails, generated copies, redacted files and optional OCR text are stored locally in app

storage. The app itself does not request internet or camera permission and does not upload document content. Scanning and OCR use Google Play Services; required language models may be provided through them when needed.

Capture and create documents:

OCR, search and analysis:

- Scan PDFs page by page for QR codes and inspect links, Wi-Fi credentials or text

- Rename PDFs and edit embedded metadata

Annotations and signatures:

- Select, move, recolor, resize, edit or delete annotations before saving

Protection and security:

- Protect PDFs with an opening password

- Remove opening passwords when you know the current password

M24 PDF Scanner is built for invoices, contracts, notes, forms, receipts and other sensitive documents that should not be moved to a cloud without a reason. Sharing and exporting only happen when you explicitly trigger them.
