Ma vie de copro is a collaborative co-ownership management solution that simplifies, streamlines and secures exchanges between co-owners or tenants, trustees and service providers or artisans.

It allows co-owners to indicate to their trustee the interventions to be carried out in their building. The trustee sends interventions directly to service providers or craftsmen and they can respond directly via the mobile application

The follow-up is carried out in real time and the co-owners or tenants are immediately notified on their mobile phone of the progress of the project.

Service providers can carry out their intervention report on site via their mobile phone and validate it using our contactless validation solution integrated into our display panel.

Co-owners and tenants can also benefit from a social network in their building to offer or request services, sell or donate objects, make a gesture of solidarity.
