Magnetotelluric

Android application to disseminate information about research carried out using passive electromagnetic technique, known as magnetotelluric for various application like Hydrocarbon exploration, geothermal exploration, Tectonic studies, etc in India.

To make the electrical images of different litho units of India readily available for researchers in general and to the earth science community in particular, we have developed an Android application (MT_App). This is first of its kind, which will provide the

apparent resistivity and phase curves at selected location and the electrical images at selected transacts. We plan to update this app regularly so that newly published information can be available to the EM research project planner at their fingertip.
