MITRA is a single point emergency assistance service,to provide assistance to registered employees in case of:

a. Medical Emergencies

b. Crime / Assault

c. Accidents like fire, gas leak etc.

d. Vehicle break-down or vehicle accidents

e. Police liaison requirements for any of the cases above

MITRA services are available within the geographical limits of Mumbai & Navi Mumbai i.e. from Churchgate to Mira Road, CST to Thane city and Navi Mumbai.

Additionally, vehicle related services are available on Mumbai-Pune and Mumbai-Nashik highways.
