Data collector application for InviNets MAPS devices.

The app uses the Device Administrator permissions only when installed on

InviNets-provided devices, prepared to be dedicated data collectors. They are

used in order to configure the device as a data collector only and to disable

features not related to this function. When installed directly from Play Store,

administrator permissions are not used and are never enabled.
