The application tide.info in its formula "Essential" offers you the main tide predictions for each port:

• the tide clock for the tide of the moment,

• the precise calculated height of the moment,

• the table of full and low seas

• the calendar of the coefficients with search,

• the calendar menu with the coefficients and phases of the moon.

For more reliability and safety at sea, the application works without internet. Only installation, updates and subscription management require a 4G or WIFI connection. Make sure everything works before going to sea.

To offer you the best, tide.info relies on the official predictions of SHOM, the Hydrographic and Oceanographic Service of the Navy. These official data are calculated annually and consolidated according to tide gauge readings along the coast. The data of the year N + 1 are calculated during the year N. An annual update is therefore necessary (see Settings / Data).

SHOM data are released by tide.info under commercial license. The license and developments are funded by subscriptions.

The subscription is linked to your Google Play Store account and is automatically renewed by default. If you do not want to, go to your Google Play Store account to cancel the subscription. In case of a change of rate during the subscription, the automatic renewal is stopped.

DETAIL OF FUNCTIONS:

- The port selector:

It allows you to switch from one port to another and manage your favorites. A clock on each port allows a quick glance at the state of the tide.

- The tide clock:

The clock gives you the state of the tide at time T for the selected port. The needle rotates in a clockwise direction. When the needle is on the right of the dial, the sea goes down from Full Sea to Low Sea then the needle goes to the left of the dial for the rising tide (from low tide to open sea). The coefficient is indicated in the small window of the clock.

- the "notepad" next to the clock has several pages:

-> Full and Low Sea of ​​the moment with hours and heights

-> Mini chart of the rising or falling tide with precise height (unlike a sinusoidal approximation)

-> Duration, Marnage and 12th

- The tide table:

Predictions by date: hours, heights and coefficients

The calendar menu allows you to access a specific date but you can also scroll through all the dates available (access according to your subscription).

- The calendar :

Displays coefficients, holidays, weekends and holidays. The "magnifying glass" activates search by criteria. Ex: You can display high tide dates for Saturdays and Sundays only.
