With this checklist, the legal requirements for the safety of machines can be checked and documented. This can be new or used machines.

The report of the results of the check can be used as a supporting document for your risk assessment. The entrepreneur can also use this app to carry out the prescribed test before using it for the first time (Section 3 (1) of the BetrSichV). We recommend using the check with this app as a contractual component for the transfer from the manufacturer to the operator.

The presence of a CE mark on the machine does not release you from the obligation to carry out a risk assessment and check prior to commissioning.
